Important Note to iTunes® Users: Check the box that says “Copy files to iTunes music folder when adding to library” in (Edit/Preferences/Advanced). This will ensure your free downloads are automatically copied into your iTunes® Music Library.

Do these tunes expire, or have additional advertising messages embedded in them?

No, these are permanent downloads. Once they are saved to your iTunes Music folder (or other media folder on your computer), they do not expire. They do not contain any more messages or required ad viewing or listening on your part. Songs you download from our site are permanent, unrestricted (DRM-free) downloads intended for your personal use only with no strings or additional restrictions.

I’m on the Waiting List. How long will it take to receive my invitation link?

We cannot predict when your particular name will come up on the list as several factors are involved, including the date you first got on the waiting list, and the additional participation of brand sponsors for the downloads. We typically invite thousands of people on the waiting list to join the site each week. We want everyone on the waiting list to get in as soon as possible, but we first need to ensure we can fulfill our commitment to you.

Do my Available Free Downloads each week accumulate over time?

No. Registered users receive up to 5 free downloads per week, but they do not „roll over‟ from week to week. Each new music week starts on Tuesday and triggers your new weekly total of up to 5 free (total) downloads available for downloading. If you come to Free All Music every week for your five tunes, you can receive up to 20 free downloads per month. That's worth about $25 bucks a month on iTunes®!

Is there a Catch?

Other than watching the sponsor's short ad once on our site for each downloaded tune, you give us permission to place a tracking "cookie" your computer, which is pretty standard stuff these days. Can I Share My Actual Music File Downloads with Others?

Music files downloaded from Free All Music are intended for your personal use only. Free All Music allows you to easily tell friends through Facebook®, Twitter®, or FAM email about your latest download. If they click on your posted link and register with Free All Music then also they will also get the song free, legal, and unrestricted, once they've watched the ad.

If I Invite Friends through Free All Music's eMail invite, will My Friends' Privacy be Protected?

Yes. We will not store your friends' email addresses, contact them directly, or give their email address to any third parties. If any of your friends accept your invitation and choose to become a Free All Music member, then they must each individually agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy directly with us when they register…just as you have. If they do not respond or register as a result of your email message, we will not bother them, follow them, keep or sell their email address to anyone.

What Else Do I Need to Know?

Sharing information about your most recent download via Facebook, Twitter, or email is done on a per-song basis, and is not required. It is also optional to share your most recent download info using Free All Music's StarShare icon (coming soon). Star Share is optional, so you don‟t have to worry about it if you don‟t want to participate. By selecting StarShare (again, it is optional on a per-song basis) for a particular download, you acknowledge through our Terms of Service that we have permission to use your unique Free All Music User ID (your username only-for example, “Chill91”) to create an external display ad (see a sample) that informs others about the brand or music you just combined on our site. It is at Free All Music's sole discretion which particular StarShare User IDs (who opted-in) are actually promoted externally. If your StarShare item is chosen then we will display external promotional ads on other appropriate websites that have been approved by our sponsoring brands. Again, submitting your download information and FAM User ID for consideration by StarShare is not required and is participation is totally at your option.

Will others see my Free All Music user profile (Member Details)?

No. Your Free All Music Member Details, including download activity and personal information (first/last name, gender, zip, birthdate) will remain private. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Am I going to be contacted directly by the brands, record labels, artists, or other third parties on Free All Music?

No, unless you click to their sites through Free All Music and opt-in to let them contact you directly. We will not give your name, email address, or personally identifiable information (PII) other than (anonymous) zip code, age, and gender to any of our sponsoring brands, record labels or third parties.
